Do Ozark River Sinks Require Plumbing?
No, our portable sink models are designed to be plumbing-free, making them easy to move. Our sink designs feature fresh water and waste water tanks underneath the faucet that you fill and empty with use. You only need to connect an Ozark River sink to an electrical outlet for it to function.
How Do You Set Up Ozark River Portable Sinks?
We have designed our portable sinks to be as user-friendly as possible during setup and use, with no plumbing or special tools required. Take your sink out of its shipment box and follow these steps:
- Attach the faucet by screwing it into place.
- Fill the fresh water tank with clean water.
- Connect the fresh water tank to the unit’s pump inlet with the quick-connect cap.
- Fill up the liquid soap dispenser.
- Plug your sink into an outlet.
Do Ozark River Portable Sinks Meet Health and Safety Regulations?
Ozark is proud to announce that the majority of our portable sink models are NSF-certified. NSF certifications mean our portable sinks meet the most rigorous health and safety standards set by the National Sanitation Foundation. The NSF establishes the strictest sanitation codes to ensure public health and safety protection for various industries.
Do Ozark Portable Sinks Come With a Warranty?
All but one of our portable sink models come with a two-year product warranty. The exception is the Titan Series outdoor portable sink, which has a one-year warranty.
Do Ozark Portable Sinks Have Hot Water Functionality?
Every Ozark portable sink has hot and cold water functionality to ensure proper hygiene across industries. You gain immediate access to hot water when you plug your sink into an electrical outlet. Our hot water capacity will ensure your soap is working at optimum levels.
Can I Purchase Additional Accessories for Ozark Portable Sink Models?
We have a variety of accessories you can purchase on our website to ensure you can get the most out of your sink. What Materials Are Ozark River Sinks Made of?
All our portable sink models are made with laminate, stainless steel or a combination of both. For example, our Elite Series models are all made with a stainless steel design for easy cleaning, while our Premier Series sinks have a laminate base and a stainless basin design.
What Is Your Return Policy?
You have 10 calendar days to return a product from the date that you received it. Your items must be unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return. You are responsible for return shipping and must have proof of purchase available upon request.
